I am happy to do a complimentary session upfront to be sure we are a good fit. Once a coaching agreement is reached and signed, I ask to be paid for coaching each month in advance. This provides you with an energetic container of positive energy fueled in advance.

Counseling is paid for by your health insurance. Your insurance sets both the fee and the copay. I bill your insurance each month following our sessions, but appreciate receiving copay each session when you come.

I will reschedule coaching sessions to adapt to your needs if something comes up.

I need 24-hour notice when a counseling session is canceled; without 24-hour notice, usually, the session is billed as if it had happened.

As I said, I am happy to do a complimentary session upfront to ensure we are a good fit as coach and client. Once the agreement for the frequency and length of engagement is completed, I expect payment at the beginning of each month. I will complete the sessions paid for even if we need to reschedule. The length of engagement, as agreed to in the coaching agreement, is usually more than one month, depending on how frequently we meet. I have never been asked for a refund. I don’t remember anyone ending coaching before the agreed-upon length of engagement. But if something creates a problem, I am happy to discuss it with a client at any time so we can find a solution that works for both of us.

This is such a good question! It depends to a large degree on how much you put into it yourself. In coaching and even counseling, I sometimes give ‘homework’: forms to contemplate and review the sessions and the tools I share to be studied for deeper learning and insight. Clients who give attention to these opportunities usually see results sooner.

But some people prefer to be present during the sessions and do well. It is important to allow time to see yourself change so that you don’t put too much pressure on yourself. An important aspect of transformation is letting your body-mind-spirit RELAX.
